With the launch of two powerful devices, LeEco is all set to enter the league of the top smartphones. The LeEco Le Max can give HTC One A9 a tough competition with its mind blowing specifications and attractive design.
Design
The LeEco Le Max has a back panel similar to the LeEco 1s, but the front pattern looks completely different. Its designers seem to have taken inspiration from the iPhone 6 plus, as it looks almost similar to it with a missing home button. This devise weights around 204 grams and has the following dimensionsand features a fully metallic body with a premium finish. It has an 80.2% screen to body ratio and a fingerprint sensor on the back.
Display
The phone sports a glass that the company call it to be a floating glass of the phone’s body length and has a corning gorilla glass 3 protection. It has a 6.33 inches long body with QuadHD screen and 2560×1440 pixels resolution which is simply amazing. As QuadHd’s are not seen in many phones available in the market, this feature can generate a lead for this phone in the market.
Camera
The LeEco Le Max sports a 21 Megapixel camera, which is a great number, but the results produced by it are not that great. The camera fails to impress us, as the picture quality is not that good. The phone also sports a 4 megapixel Ultrapixel camera with 81.6 degree wide angle lens for selfie lovers
Battery
A 3400 mAh battery has been spotted in the device that might be intelligently placed in order to give cope up with the power that the 6.33 inches QuadHD screen might be draining. Also, we notice a number of battery saving options available on the phone, so battery seems to impress us quiet a lot.
Technical
Coming to the technical front, we see an Octa Core Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor sitting inside this beast and a 4GB RAM. The phone comes in two variants i.e. 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage. There was no external memory card slot spotted on the device as it is not needed when you have a 64GB Built in memory, but in case you wished there was one, I suggest you to buy the 128 GB version.
Connectivity
LeEco Le Max is a dual SIM smartphone that supports a Micro SIM in Slot 1 and a Nano SIM in Slot 2. Both the SIMs are GSM and support 3G, 4G/LTE and Band 40 and NFC. It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack on the top and the speakers are placed at the bottom beside the charging jack.
Conclusion
Overall, the phone is excellent and a bit expensive (Price in India INR 32999/-) but then it makes up for these compromises with its remarkable performance and lucrative features. The Le Max is available in Silver (64GB) and Gold color (128GB). Le Max is available exclusively on Flipkart and 64GB is available in Rs.32999 while Rs.69999 for 128GB Gold Sapphire variant.
